Purchased the back to the future acade machine for my husband as a surprise Christmas present. Emailed arcade geeks to inquire and they got straight back to me, helped me with all my questions! The arcade machine was like none id ever seen before, if I could give it 100 stars I would, the wrap is unbelievable, so colourful and vibrant! It came with soooooo many games, it will take my husband years to get through them. Had a very small hiccup with delivery but it was dealt with straight away, nothing is too much for these guys, they even delivered it in person , the guy who came was amazing, he is a credit to your company. Don't hesitate to order from arcade geeks, we have many friends and family who are already thinking of buying one now too they are a fabulous bunch of very talented guys.. all I can say is a huge thank you.. I have never heard my husband so quiet, its bliss!!!!!

The arcade machine looks fantastic and mostly works well. A few games are not configured correctly and there is no information provided as to how these can be altered. Communication has been slow, but it did arrive well packaged and in the day agreed.

Just had back to the future theme arcade machine with the pro games package 8000 games.couldn’t believe the very high quality when got it all out of the box.looks absolutely stunning.the picture online don’t do it justice till you see it in the flesh.absolute pleasure to do business with.any query I had was answered straight away.was told every step of the way from ordering to getting delivered.if you want to relive some fond childhood memories save up and get one of these you won’t be disappointed at all.thanx guys for first class service

Though it is early days I am very pleased with the machine. My grandchildren love it. It is a very solidly constructed arcade machine, and the games bring back many happy memories of days gone by.

Absolute fantastic arcade machine.amazing quality.the cabinet decals fantastic.had the pro games package installed.1000’s of games brings back many fond memories.the guys at arcade geeks were brilliant told me when machine was ready for delivery and when it arrived was very securely packaged.all family absolutely love it.do yourself a favour and save up for one you won’t be disappointed we’re not.thanx again guys for a first class service 👍👍
